The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations. This position involves managing inventory, merchandising products effectively, handling transactions, and engaging customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Managing and organizing inventory to ensure product availability
- Merchandising products to maximize visual appeal and sales
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote products
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques
