Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our Reno team as Real Estate Agents. Whether you are newly licensed or already licensed, we provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you build a successful career.

Responsibilities:
- Work with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Attend team trainings, meetings, and events
- Build and manage your real estate pipeline
- Provide excellent client service from start to close
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Nevada Real Estate License OR be currently enrolled in real estate school
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Full-time commitment preferred
