Marketing Manager
Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115
Pay: $85,000-$105,000 based on experience
Hours: Full-time: 40 hours/week

Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and unify our brand across multiple locations while creating the structure, systems, and standards needed to elevate our marketing efforts. This role focuses on improving the customer experience through strong branding, clear communication, and thoughtful execution, while continuously testing and implementing new ideas rather than maintaining the status quo.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of marketing management experience
- Strong execution skills with a high level of accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and customer experience
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external partners
Education
- Degree preferred, not required
Industry Experience

Additional Strengths (Preferred)
- Experience building or improving marketing systems or brand presence
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Marketing Execution
- Plan and manage promotions, campaigns, and sales events
- Align marketing efforts with operations and inventory flow
Brand & Customer Experience (Physical Digital)
- Own and unify the Nevada Pic A Part brand across all locations
- Develop consistent branding, signage, and visual standards
- Ensure alignment in messaging, colors, and customer experience
- Improve customer navigation and in-yard experience
Digital & Advertising
- Oversee social media and digital presence
- Manage or coordinate paid advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Support website updates and messaging
Performance Tracking
- Monitor key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, sales impact)
- Use data to drive improvements
- Capture and track Customer NPS
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, IT, and leadership teams
Content Creation (Strong Plus)
- Capture and create photo/video content
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube preferred
