Pay: $24-$28/hour plus commissions

Hours: Full time: 40 hours/week

Summary:

As part of our ongoing expansion, Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bulk Car-Buying Representative – to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the outbound vehicle acquisition process through effective communication, sales techniques, and customer service. Your goal will be to support our company’s vehicle inventory and sales objectives by securing quality vehicles from sellers through phone and digital channels. Processing Vehicle documentation, managing payments and process, vehicle documentation verification, scheduling auction and bulk sales opportunities, & managing relationships with partners. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Relationship Management and Purchasing, ideally within the industry or an adjacent industry.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to control conversations, think on your feet, and close deals while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess vehicle value and market demand trends.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Self-starter who is coachable, goal-oriented, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to external bulk purchasing opportunities
• Execute purchases using various web-based tools and platforms.
• Manage existing and expand newly found relationships.
• Schedule in-person appointments efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate internally and with sellers to transport vehicle inventory.
• Build rapport with vehicle sellers, navigating our process and their process to ensure smooth transactions and detailed tracking for each vehicle.
• Monitor and meet daily targets related to purchasing, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Use company software to maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and continuous improvement in lead-to-purchase conversion rates.
