Job Description:
As a Process Server for Nevada Legal Support Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal documents are served timely and accurately. You will receive assignments via email with specific due dates and will be responsible for printing, preparing, and posting these documents on designated properties. A printer and paper can be provided upon request, or you may be reimbursed for ink costs. Pay: $25 per file
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive assignments via email with designated due dates.
- Print and prepare documents for posting in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Serve/Post legal documents at designated properties in the Clark County area.
- Ensure all documents are posted by the provided deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of postings, including date, time, and location, using our database.
- Communicate promptly with the office regarding the status of assignments and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Looking for someone to serve documents in All of Clark County
- Must pass a background check.
- Knowledge of the Clark County area and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
- Previous process server or posting experience required
Job Type: Contract
