- Work independently in a field service truck/van, traveling to customer sites across the Las Vegas Valley
- Help identify parts needs and coordinate with the office for quotes and follow-up repairs
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while working on customer sites
- Represent Nevada Industrial Trucks professionally—on time, respectful, and solution-oriented
- 3–5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic / field service tech / industrial equipment mechanic (or similar)
- Strong diagnostic skills with electric and internal combustion forklifts
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic codes
- Own a solid set of hand tools and basic diagnostic tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean (or near-clean) driving record
- Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own schedule & paperwork
- Professional, customer-first attitude—able to talk to warehouse managers, owners, and operators
- OEM training or certifications (Toyota, Hyster, Yale, Crown, Raymond, etc.)
- Experience with pallet jacks, stackers, and other material handling equipment
- Prior OSHA / forklift safety training experience
- Basic computer/tablet skills for digital work orders
- Competitive hourly pay (DOE) overtime
- Steady, year-round work with a growing customer base
- Company service van or mileage reimbursement (depending on setup)
- All major shop support: parts sourcing, office scheduling, and customer billing handled for you
- Small, local team where your work is noticed and appreciated, not just a number in a big dealership
- Opportunity to grow with us as we expand our service, rental, and fleet programs
If you’re an experienced forklift or industrial equipment mechanic who wants steady work, respect, and a say in how things are done, we’d like to talk.
