What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions):
- Work to close tolerance, blueprints, specifications, sketches and/or special instructions
- Perform complete set-up and layout of parts per drawing utilizing dimensional, geometric and true position tolerancing
- Perform mechanical/visual inspection of simple fabricated components
- Use tools and equipment to manufacture product to print specifications
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, protocols, and industry regulations
- Other tasks as assigned by Machine Shop Manager and CNC Machinist Lead

- Mechanical aptitude and the interest and ability to work with your hands and industrial equipment. (We’re willing to train the right candidate!)
- Previous automotive or woodworking experience is desirable but not required.
- Ability to solve problems using logical reasoning.
- Appropriate mathematical skills.
- Maintain an organized & safe environment.
- Detail oriented and precision work focused

Your Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide appropriate documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by applicable law.
- Must qualify as a “U.S.” Persons as defined in 22 CFR § 120.62 under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in order to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug screening in accordance with the Company’s drug testing policy and applicable law.
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check in accordance with the Company’s screening policy and applicable law.

Pay range: $19.37 – $21.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
The manufacturing facility may expose workers to loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards; personal protective equipment is provided by The Company.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
- Frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
Job Information:
This is a full time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "What Awaits." This position is considered non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay (paid on an hourly basis)
