Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Process Predictive Maintenance Technician in the Roaster Maintenance Department to join our team.
As part of the Maintenance team, The successful candidate will complete repair and rebuild of processing equipment as assigned.

Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) is a joint venture between Barrick (61.5%) and Newmont (38.5%) that combined our significant assets across Nevada in 2019 to create the single largest gold-producing complex in the world. NGM produces approximately 3.5 million ounces of gold a year. The massive mining operation comprises eight mines along with their associated infrastructure and processing facilities and hosts three of Barrick’s Tier One assets: Carlin, Cortez, and Turquoise Ridge. Nevada Gold Mines is looking for a Process Predictive Maintenance Technician in the Roaster Maintenance Department to join our team.
As part of the Maintenance team, The successful candidate will complete repair and rebuild of processing equipment as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Complete repair and rebuild of processing equipment include pumps, piping and vessels,
- Complete preventative and predictive maintenance routes
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven safety record required.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Previous training and experience with applications of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred.
- Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred.
- Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, along with SAP preferred.
- Electrical/Mechanical skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-based maintenance organization required.
- Ability to understand schedules and prioritize workload required.
- Demonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required.
- The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role required
