EBO - Centralized Planning Specialist

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Centralized Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will drive excellence in maintenance planning for assets throughout all NGM properties by providing coaching and guidance to site planners.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional guidance and coaching for Work Management
• Support the development of critical maintenance plans, tasks, and work instructions
• Audit, cleanse, and standardized equipment and task bill of materials
• Develop, socialize, and manage planning KPI documents
• Engage with NGM partners to coordinate asset strategy, reporting, and measurements
• Lead the NGM coordination of Process Plant shutdown schedule and execution
• Support third party applications; Xeras, Trakka, TTC, EXP, etc.
• Support Regional Process Manager in SAP technical support issues
• Work Management SME support to Asset Management Education Development
  
  

Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ experience in Process Work Management
• SAP PM experience
• Proficient in zero based budget process
• Project Management experience
• Formal experience in Shutdown Management for Process Plants
• Ability to develop and deliver training material in direct and classroom settings
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage self, time, and projects
• Strong follow through skills
• Excellent Intra-personal Skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP MM experience
• Proficient in OneStream
• Formal SAP education with preference to SAP Certification
• PMI Certification
• Data Analytics Skills preferred (PowerBI / SAP Analytics / Tableau / etc.)
• Continuous Improvement Experience (Six Sigma, LEAN, etc.) a plus
• CMRP/CMRT Certification desirable
