Specific Job Requirements
- Evaluates and improves plant processes to increase reliability, improves production rates, increases efficiencies, and reduces costs.
- Troubleshoots plant process issues.
- Develops innovative solutions to problems.
- Prepares samples for analysis.
- Collects, records and transcribes data.
- Show results in reports.
- Develops and implements systems that optimize plant systems.
- Provides suggestions during incident investigations.
- Advises on corrective actions.
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Works closely with staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
