Specific Job Requirements
- Diagnosis, trouble shoot and safely repair mechanical equipment in a heavy industrial environments.
- Read and work off mechanical drawings.
- Build and repair couplings, bearings, gear reducers, elevators, conveyors, and mechanical alignments.
- Lay out jobs and materials.
- Install and commission new equipment.
- Work with other departments and their employees, be a team player, perform general housekeeping and clean up.
- Must abide by all plant safety and work rules.
- Prefer three (3) years of previous experience in the field of heavy industry manufacturing maintenance and repairs.
