Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) to join our care team. This role is primarily for day shifts, with weekend availability required as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and enjoys working with seniors in a personalized care setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily resident care activities and support the nursing team.
Measure and record vital signs and assist with medications according to regulations.
Document resident information and care using PointClickCare.
Maintain clean, organized care and living spaces.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care staff.
Provide weekend support as scheduled or needed.
Requirements:
Current CMA certification in the state of Kansas.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in memory care or assisted living preferred.
Familiarity with PointClickCare is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule:
Day shifts (typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM/ 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Weekend coverage on a rotating or as-needed basis
