We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at Neutron USA. Neutron USA is a leading value-added reseller (VAR) that specializes in the distribution of commercial and industrial electronic components. We are a small, dedicated team with offices in Pennsylvania and California who takes pride in servicing and supplying some of the nation’s most vital industries.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for inventory control, shipping/receiving and solution-based problem solving for the handling of electronic component orders. The position requires a keen sense detail and independent work ethic to accurately complete the daily tasks.
Job Type: Full-Time
Essential Functions:
- Receive packages from distributors through UPS/FedEx/Other and verify the contents using an iERP system
- Review orders and pick appropriate corresponding items from shelving to be packed
- Generate shipping labels for order shipment using UPS/FedEx/Other software
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment
- Ensure orders are processed accurately
- Operate scanners
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Drop off packages at local carrier stores as needed (Uncommon) (UPS, USPS, FedEx)
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Strong self-starter who is self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of various cloud-based software and applications
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range for this position: $32,280 - $37,440 ($16.00 to $18.00 Hourly)
