This full-time on-site role, located in Bronx, NY, is for a Quality Improvement and Compliance Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing quality improvement processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, analyzing quality data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable solutions.
- Strong expertise in Quality Improvement, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
- Proficiency in Performance Improvement methodologies and processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare or similar industries
