We seek interns who can commit to at least 12-month program intern or regular role, specifically designed for candidates who have recently graduated and aim to gain in-depth industry experience
Key Responsibilities
• Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and scripts specifically for Bluetooth functionality.
• Framework Development: Integrate and enhance existing automation frameworks or develop new ones to streamline test execution and reporting.
• Test Case Conversion: Convert manual test cases into automated scripts for efficient testing.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify, debug, and troubleshoot Bluetooth-related issues, working with development teams to find and implement resolutions.
• Reporting: Analyze test results, generate comprehensive reports, and track defects using test management tools.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all automation activities comply with Bluetooth standards and relevant industry best practices.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and the overall stability of automation processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with manual testing teams, development teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Wireless & Bluetooth Expertise: Strong understanding of Bluetooth protocols, testing methodologies, and standards.
• Automation Frameworks: Proficient in at least one automation framework (e.g., for UI or test automation).
• Programming Skills: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is often required for developing test scripts and tools.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
• Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to document findings and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Quality Assurance: Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Tools: Familiarity with test management, defect tracking, and other relevant automation tools.
Intern Salary: $20-$30/Hour
Regular Role: $65000-$80000/Year
