About the Role:

NeuroSync is actively seeking a Quality Assurance & Assembly Associate to assist in building and testing new medical device units. This includes supporting data collection and report generation for our clinical comprehensive and general wellness reports. As a small, fast-moving team, we’re looking for someone eager to wear multiple hats and jump into adjacent work - shipping, inventory, customer support, or other operational tasks - whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of new medical device units.
  • Help develop and implement quality control and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing defects or inconsistencies.
  • Thoroughly document production processes, test results, and quality control measures.
  • Setup and perform functional and performance checks.
  • Ensure regulatory standards are always met.
  • Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in the industry (through coursework, projects or prior internships).
  • Experience with Excel is preferred.
  • Understanding of quality control principles (familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
