About the Role:
NeuroSync is actively seeking a Quality Assurance & Assembly Associate to assist in building and testing new medical device units. This includes supporting data collection and report generation for our clinical comprehensive and general wellness reports. As a small, fast-moving team, we’re looking for someone eager to wear multiple hats and jump into adjacent work - shipping, inventory, customer support, or other operational tasks - whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of new medical device units.
- Help develop and implement quality control and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing defects or inconsistencies.
- Thoroughly document production processes, test results, and quality control measures.
- Setup and perform functional and performance checks.
- Ensure regulatory standards are always met.
- Collaborate with and support other departments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience in the industry (through coursework, projects or prior internships).
- Experience with Excel is preferred.
- Understanding of quality control principles (familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Detail oriented with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
