The Logistics Lead is responsible for leading, coordinating and executing logistical operations as part of the Operations and Supply Chain team for Neuros Medical’s neurostimulation products in our Arden Hills, Minnesota headquarters. The role includes:
Responsibilities
Workflow:
· Efficiently coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
· Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, track shipments, and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, shipping and receiving information, and other relevant data.
Communication:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
· Effectively communicate issues impacting raw materials, finished good, and shipments to customers in a timely manner.
Process Improvement:
· Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes, implement efficiency initiatives, and utilize tools like Lean methodologies.
· Participate in continuous improvement teams to drive positive business outcomes.
Will potentially supervise other Logistics personnel as department grows.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Solid understanding of FDA, ISO, and GMP regulatory requirements
- Ability to resolve logistics issues and concerns related to shipping, receiving and inventory.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· 2-5 years relevant warehouse/logistics experience
· Experience working in the medical device industry
· Prior lead or supervisory experience a plus
Neuros Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base salary for this position is $63,000 to $70,000 per year. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
