The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under general supervision and direction of the Registered Nurses and Director of Nursing to:
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program required.
Certification: Current, active LPN or LVN license in the state of Indiana required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute care setting preferred. DDNU RSING

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under general supervision and direction of the Registered Nurses and Director of Nursing to:
- Assess the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
- Maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
