We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department.
The Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include overseeing Organizational Development, Policies & Procedures, Recruitment - Sourcing, Workday, Insights, HR Policy, and External Communication. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy through strategic social media recruitment campaigning.
To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including interviews and offers.
- Set objectives for the HR team, provide team management and leadership, and track progress.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy and compliant work environment.
- Develop and administer compensation and employee benefits plans.
- Host corporate in-house recruitment and engagement events.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) and review departmental budgets.
- Organize and oversee training, learning, and development programs.
- Lead performance management processes, including annual reviews, feedback cycles, and improvement plans.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Discuss and support employees’ career development paths in collaboration with managers.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Recommend and implement best practices for performance reviews, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Assist employees and managers with the administration of leave of absence, including FMLA, ADA, and the interactive dialogue process.
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
- Champion leadership, team management, and career development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational success.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
- 8-12 years of solid HR management experience
- Solid understanding of labor law legislation.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Excellent communication abilities.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to develop hiring strategies along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Leadership skills and the ability to foster healthy employee relations.
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor H-1B or other employment visas at this time.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology is required.
- A Master’s degree in HR or relevant certification is preferred.
- Two years of related experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP required.
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
