Job Description
NeuroPace is seeking an experienced and ambitious ATC Therapy Consultant (ATC) to support our field-based sales and clinical activities in the treatment of epilepsy. This role is ideal for someone currently in an ATC role within medical devices who is ready to accelerate their impact and grow into a future sales territory manager. The ATC will work closely with experienced Territory Managers and Clinical Field Clinical Engineer (FCE)s to drive patient identification, support surgical cases, and support competitive positioning in the market. This is a hands-on field role requiring initiative, clinical fluency, and strong communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive patient identification by working closely with referring physicians and epilepsy coordinators
• Build and maintain relationships with local neurologists and epileptologists to drive community referrals
• Support in-clinic patient programming and educate clinicians on NeuroPace’s RNS System
• Cover surgical cases and support Territory Managers with OR logistics and patient workflow
• Track and report referral activity, clinic utilization, and case support in Salesforce.com
• Serve as a key field resource for driving competitive positioning in target accounts
• Maintain strong clinical credibility while developing foundational sales skills and business planning exposure
Day in the Life
A typical day may include traveling to an epilepsy clinic to support RNS programming, meeting with local neurologists to discuss referral pathways, and coordinating a surgical case with the Territory Manager. You’ll spend part of your day in the hospital environment and the rest in strategic outreach, ensuring that eligible patients are identified, supported, and progressing through the treatment pathway. Your ability to connect clinically while executing tactically will make you an invaluable partner to the commercial team.
Ideal Background
• 1–3 years of experience in a medical device ATC Sales or Clinical role
• Prior exposure to neurology, neuromodulation, or surgical specialties is preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care dynamics
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, field-based healthcare environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or related)
Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
