About NeuroNova
NeuroNova is building a new category in wellness technology. Our proprietary vibration-based chair stimulates natural dopamine release; supporting emotional regulation, improved focus, addiction recovery, and overall well-being. We partner with mental health clinics, behavioral health centers, addiction recovery facilities, and wellness practices across the U.S. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for mission-driven SDRs excited to help shape a brand-new space.
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at NeuroNova, you will be the first point of contact for clinics, providers, and wellness professionals. Your job is to spark interest, educate prospects, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This is not a typical scripted dialing role. You will help build the playbook, experiment with new messaging, and collaborate closely with leadership as we scale.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to mental health providers, addiction recovery centers, and wellness businesses.
- Educate prospects on NeuroNova’s dopamine-activation technology and its clinical and commercial benefits.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain organized pipelines and activity tracking within the CRM.
- Experiment with messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies as we refine the GTM motion.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to provide feedback from the field.
- Become an expert in dopamine science, wellness technology, and our evolving product use cases.
- Represent NeuroNova with professionalism, curiosity, and empathy.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of sales development, customer engagement, or similar experience (startup or healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort speaking with medical, clinical, or wellness professionals.
- Ability to manage CRM systems and daily activity tracking.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience.
