Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to support the production of our cutting-edge products. This role involves hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of miniaturized mechanical and electronic components. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with precision tools and microscopes, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect all product lines with high precision.
- Perform micro-soldering, ultrasonic bonding, and micro-assembly under a microscope.
- Conduct device testing and record, analyze, and interpret results.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to resolve product issues.
- Follow written protocols and contribute to quality control documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support customer requirements and company goals as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred
Experience:
- 2 years in a manufacturing or assembly role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Ball Bonding and Wire Bonding
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
