About The Role
As a Physician Assistant, you will:
- Conduct patient evaluations and monitor treatment progress
- Administer and oversee Spravato® sessions
- Deliver TMS therapy (training provided)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with our psychiatrists and mental health team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered support
- Physician Assistant licensed (or license-eligible) in Ohio
- Experience in behavioral health, neurology, or primary care is a plus (but not required; training provided)
- Passion for innovative mental health care
- Strong communication and patient-engagement skills
