Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Part-time, (up to 30/hrs per week) Monday-Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm.

- Location: This role will provide part-time support to our Glen Burnie and Annapolis centers.
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare (preferred) or other work or internship experience.
- Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree, HS Diploma plus Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
- Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong clinical interviewing skills. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
- Proactive Collaborator: You take ownership, are flexible, find solutions, and communicate confidently with physicians.
- Patient-Centered Professional: You prioritize patients, have strong integrity and work ethic, and offer professional feedback.
