Role Description
Neurona is hiring a part-time, hybrid Field Marketing Manager based in Miami, FL to bring the brand to life on the ground.
This role is highly executional and community-driven, focused on field marketing, experiential marketing, brand activations, and partnerships. You’ll plan and run local activations that put Neurona directly in front of athletes, wellness-focused consumers, and cultural leaders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing and experiential marketing initiatives in the Miami area (events, pop-ups, sampling, brand activations)
- Hand out a high volume of product samples. Including coaches and influencers.
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, materials, and on-site execution
- Capture user-generated content (UGC) during events and activations
- Track activation performance and report learnings to inform future marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with customers and partners in person
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Bias toward action and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
- Familiarity with field marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or community marketing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car
Bonus:
- Existing relationships with gyms, studios, clubs, or wellness communities in Miami
- Experience in beverage, wellness, fitness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Compensation
- $20–$40 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time, flexible schedule
