NeuroMind Services is a neurodivergent-affirming private practice providing individualized support for children, teens, and adults. Our work focuses on executive functioning supports, self-care and autonomy skills building, emotional processing, communication, social connection, and real-world problem-solving across settings, including academic, home, and community environments.
We’re looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-person team in Fairfield County. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and bring strong skills in executive functioning and cognitive rehabilitation techniques, emotional regulation, and practical problem-solving.

Requirements:
- Current Licensure: Must hold and maintain an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Connecticut.
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program.
- Certification: NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working with neurodivergent populations (autism, ADHD, learning differences, executive functioning challenges, etc.).
- Knowledge Base: Strong background in executive functioning interventions, cognitive rehabilitation, sensory integration strategies, emotional regulation, and practical real-world problem-solving.
- Compliance: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with state and federal guidelines.
- Professional Skills:
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans to support client autonomy, daily living skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, families, schools, and community partners.
- Commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices.
- Caseload: Willingness and ability to gradually build and maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients.
- Additional: Must have professional liability insurance and maintain continuing education requirements as mandated by state licensure.
