Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Neurology
Mansfield / Waxahachie, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $115,000 – $135,000/year, based on experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Neurology Care is looking for an experienced NP or PA to join our team and manage patients with a range of neurological conditions — think migraine and headache disorders, seizure disorders, neuropathy, movement disorders, and stroke follow-up care. This isn’t a generalist role we’re trying to squeeze into a specialty; you’ll be working in neurology day in and day out, alongside a physician who treats you as a clinical partner, not a set of extra hands.
- We’re looking for someone with 3 years of clinical experience. Prior neurology experience is a big plus, but if you’ve got a strong clinical foundation and want to specialize, we’re open to the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct neurological exams and take detailed patient histories
- Order and interpret diagnostics (EEG, EMG, imaging, labs)
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute neurological conditions
- Develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing
- Manage your own patient panel with real autonomy
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment, and long-term management
- Collaborate closely with our physician(s) on complex cases
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active NP or PA license in Texas
- 3 years of clinical experience
- Comfort with independent clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine bedside manner
- A team-first attitude — we're a small practice, and it shows

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
