Overview
We’re looking for a Clinical Medical Assistant who enjoys patient care, values teamwork, and wants to grow in a specialty medical setting. This role supports our Neurology and Pain Management providers and plays a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients with complex and chronic conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Room patients and assist providers during office visits and procedures
- Obtain vital signs, medication lists, and medical histories
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide support throughout their visit
- Assist with in-office procedures as trained
- Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Educate patients on treatment plans, testing, and follow-up instructions
- Support our geriatric patient population with patience, professionalism, and empathy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to travel to alternate NPMC locations as needed.
- Prior experience in outpatient, urgent care, emergency medicine, or specialty practice is a plus — but not required for the right candidate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Willingness to learn neurology and pain management workflows (we provide training)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
