Now, we are embarking on our next chapter. We are leveraging our deep expertise in neuroscience to build the world’s first AI-powered Neuro-Fitness platform. To accelerate this vision, we are actively raising a $10 million funding round to scale our team and technology.

Our mission is to pivot from a high-touch coaching model to a scalable SaaS platform, making elite mental and emotional fitness accessible to millions. This is not just a new product; it is the creation of a new category: Mental Fitness 3.0. We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Director of Marketing to be the architect of this revolution.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be a strategic partner to the founder and the executive team. Your primary mission is to architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that propels NeuroGym to $100 million in annual recurring revenue by 2030. You will own the entire marketing landscape, from brand narrative, funnel optimization,and demand generation to investor-facing communications.

This is a role for a true full-stack, scrappy marketing leader. You are a strategic generalist who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches with us. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fundraising Support: Play a key marketing role in our active $10M funding round, crafting the narrative that attracts visionary investors.
• Brand & Category Creation: Solidify NeuroGym as the definitive leader in the Mental Fitness 3.0 space. Craft a compelling story that resonates globally.
• Revenue Architecture: Design and optimize multi-channel funnels (paid ads, SEO, content, email) that efficiently acquire and retain subscribers.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a small, elite team of A-players who share your builder mentality. Your team would consist of Ad Buyers, Copywriters, Social, and Marketing Operations personnel. You will collaborate closely with our Tecg and Product teams to fulfill marketing objectives. 
• Agentic AI-Driven Strategy: Leverage your expertise in agentic AI to create intelligent, automated marketing systems that deliver personalization and efficiency at scale.
• Integrated Marketing: Oversee the entire marketing mix, including social media, PR, podcasts, and influencer collaborations.
• Data Driven Decision Making: Lead the creation of  A/B tests, analyzing the data, and making marketing decisions that drive measurable results against KPIs. 

We are looking for a leader who has already navigated the journey from 7 to 8 figures (or beyond) and is hungry for a legacy-defining challenge. You are a builder at heart, driven by both purpose and performance. You are NOT someone who is used to having things done for them.

We are looking for you if you have:

• A proven track record of scaling a B2C SaaS or subscription-based company, with demonstrable experience taking a company past the $10M ARR mark.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the full marketing stack. You are a player-coach who can both strategize and execute.
• A sophisticated understanding of how to leverage agentic AI and emerging technologies to drive marketing efficiency and impact.
• An entrepreneurial, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset. You are a scrappy, resourceful leader who thrives on building from the ground up, not just delegating.
• Experience supporting capital-raising efforts (e.g., marketing for a funding round, crafting investor narratives) is a significant plus.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills, capable of inspiring a team, articulating a vision to investors, and crafting messages that move millions while keeping you and your team focused and aligned on the business’s top priorities.

• Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 base salary, with significant performance-based bonuses and upside.
