Job description:General Education Setting | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMWe are seeking an experienced, highly skilled 1:1 School Aide to support a bright, social 7-year-old boy in a general education classroom (mild–moderate support).This is a professional-level position. Experience with autism is required.Position OverviewYou will provide structured academic, behavioral, and executive functioning support within a general education classroom. The ideal candidate understands how to balance prompting and independence, support regulation, and collaborate respectfully with school staff.This is a stable, long-term role (1 year commitment) in a kind, calm family and school environment.REQUIRED Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Direct experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum DisorderABA Therapist, RBT, BT, OT experience, or classroom aide requiredMultiple years of hands-on experience in school or in-home settingsStrong understanding of behavior regulation and executive functioning supportProfessional communication skillsReliable transportation and punctualityCPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain immediately)Strongly Preferred1. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential with multiple years of experience2.
