Job Title: VNG Technician (West Valley – Avondale/Phoenix)

Position Overview:
NeuroDiagnostic Laboratories is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented VNG Technician to join our growing team on the west side of the Valley. This role is primarily based in Avondale, with occasional coverage in our Phoenix locations. We are looking for someone sharp, dependable, and professional—someone who takes pride in accuracy, patient care, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Videonystagmography (VNG) testing in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure accurate data collection and proper documentation
- Prepare patients for testing and provide clear instructions throughout procedures
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality diagnostic outcomes
- Assist with maintaining clinic flow and schedule efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (science or healthcare-related field strongly preferred)
- Prior VNG or neurodiagnostic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and patient interaction skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations when needed
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
