$90,000 - $100,000 a year - Full-time
Overview
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for Neurocare’s U.S. medical products business.
This role is about redefining and optimising how neurocare shows up in the market - gradually moving from a purely transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) focused product story to a clear, differentiated product platform position built around integrated, multi-modal mental healthcare, while supporting and growing the TMS business.
This shift will need to be carefully planned and executed – building on our strengths and adding more dimensions to help differentiate our brand. You will take ownership of translating this shift into compelling, compliant, and commercially effective marketing across all our channels - shaping how our offering is understood by both clinical and commercial audiences across the U.S.
Working closely with U.S. leadership and global teams, you will drive this transition on the ground while ensuring consistency of branding, clinical standards, and long-term product platform strategy.

· Coordinate pre-event and post-event campaigns (email, retargeting, content) to maximize impact on lead pipeline
· Measure and continuously optimize event ROI, focusing on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution
