We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Child Psychiatrist to join our telehealth team, providing vital mental health services to children and adolescents across diverse communities. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents via secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions.
• Provide evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care tailored to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support ongoing treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as needed while maintaining detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Manage urgent cases by applying crisis management techniques and providing immediate intervention for patients experiencing mental health crises or PTSD symptoms.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric psychiatry, psychopharmacology, and telehealth practices to enhance service quality and efficacy.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry with specialization or significant experience in Pediatric Psychiatry.
• Post-residency experience working with children and adolescents in outpatient or inpatient settings, including hospital experience preferred.
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology, and crisis management specific to pediatric populations.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records (EMR), medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Geriatrics knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams while demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
