Position Summary
NeuroBloom Behavioral Health is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team. The RBT works directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill-building, communication, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior goals
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients and families
- Follow ethical guidelines and company policies at all times
- Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state certification requirements

Salary : $18 - $21
