What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spring/Summer 2026 Internship / Co-op position at NeuroBionics?
About NeuroBionics
NeuroBionics, an MIT neurotechnology spinout, leads the way in developing implantable devices that interface with the human body to treat neurological conditions. Leveraging a decade of innovation, we have engineered a novel neural interface using microscale, flexible, bioelectronic fibers that seamlessly integrate with the human body. By making neural interfacing a minimally invasive procedure, we aim to revolutionize deep brain stimulation and broaden access to this life-changing therapy to millions of patients.
About the Role: Intern / Co-op
Location: Somerville, MA - This is an in-person position on-site.
Start Date: Spring/Summer 2026 (Nov 2025 start also possible)
Duration: 3-6mo (6mo preferred)
We are seeking a motivated student intern with a strong biomedical focus who is eager to explore the fields of neurostimulation, medical device innovation, and translational research. This internship provides a rare opportunity to contribute to breakthrough technologies in a fast-paced startup environment.
