Salary: 40-55 DOEAbout NBCG:Neurobehavioral Center for Growth (NBCG) is a multidisciplinary clinic committed to providing comprehensive care to children and families across Northern Utah. We are expanding our speech-language pathology program and seeking a part-time SLP to join our collaborative team in our West Jordan and Bountiful office locations.NBCG serves a high volume of pediatric patients, including many children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Experience working with autistic childrenor a strong willingness to learn and grow in this areais essential. Our SLPs work closely with a diverse team of professionals including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), mental health therapists, psychologists, medical providers, and administrative staff to ensure holistic, coordinated care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct skilled evaluations in areas such as articulation, language, communication, social skills, and oral motor function.Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans.Clearly communicate assessment results and therapy goals with patients and families.Provide direct intervention for a variety of developmental and performance concerns.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with clinic standards.Collaborate actively with NBCGs multidisciplinary team to support shared treatment goals.Maintain and organize therapy spaces between sessions.Contribute to program development efforts, including refining referral processes, scheduling systems, and communication workflows.Qualifications:Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)Current Utah SLP license or eligibility for licensureCertificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CFY supervision available)Current BLS/CPR certificationClean background checkExperience with pediatric populations and autism preferred; training and mentorship availableStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical ability to perform essential job functions safelyWork Environment:In-person services provided in West Jordan and Bountiful offices - West Jordan (2 days/week) & Bountiful (1 day/week)Schedule: 3 days/week to start, with potential to expand as patient population growsSome teletherapy services may be considered based on patient desire and needCollaborative, team-oriented clinic culture with regular interdisciplinary communicationBenefits (Part-Time, Full benefit package available for full time employees working over 30 hours per week):5 paid holidays annuallyCEU stipendEligibility for 401(k) with 3% company matchPaid Sick TimeWhy Join NBCG?This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing program with strong support from experienced professionals across disciplines.
