Full-time administrative staff support provided for scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks.Daily Responsibilities:Administer psychological and neuropsychological tests to children, adolescents, and adultsScore and organize test data for provider reviewAssist in the development of written reports under supervisionConduct structured behavioral observations during assessment sessionsSupport clinicians working within a systems-based, patient-and-family-centered practice modelCommunicate professionally with families, schools, and healthcare providers as neededMaintain accurate documentation and assist with caseload managementRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field required; Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology strongly preferredStrong interest in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, with motivation to develop advanced testing and report-writing skillsExperience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical, educational, or related settingsAbility to administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests following structured proceduresSolid observational skills, including the ability to document behaviors and testing responses accuratelyStrong organizational and time management abilities, including timely scoring, documentation, and workflow managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, families, and community providersComfort working within a systems-based model, including coordination with schools, healthcare professionals, and other community organizationsAbility to maintain professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environmentCommitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based assessment practicesWillingness to participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team collaborationTuesdays & Saturdays required workdaysCompany Information:NeuroHealth Arlington Heights has served the Chicagoland area for over 20 years, NeuroHealth provides psychological testing and neuropsychological testing, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services to children, adolescents (high school age and college-age students), and adults.Qualified candidates should submit their resume/cv and the names and contact information of three references to Dr. Laurie Philipps, Ph.D., FABPS.
