Client Coaching:

• Job Summary: We are seeking a capable, and enthusiastic Therapy Coach to guide clients through our innovative neuroanimation therapy. This role combines elements of traditional therapy support with interactive, game-based technology, aimed at enhancing client engagement and improving therapeutic outcomes. Candidates with health care experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through each session of the neuroanimation therapy, ensuring they understand and engage with the process.

Session Management:

• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching techniques in real-time to maximize therapeutic benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, noting key observations and progress markers.

Technical Facilitation:

• Assist clients with navigating the digital platform, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the therapy development team to integrate clinical insights into game sessions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and update coaching practices.

Quality & Compliance:

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethical practice, and data protection in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Physiology, certifications in training/coaching
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
• Enthusiasm for innovative therapeutic methods and technology-driven approaches.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new digital tools and game interfaces.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting (Personal Training, Rehabilitation, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

• Provide clear explanations, support, and feedback tailored to individual client needs.
• Clients are ranging from pediatric with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, to the elderly population with any neurological disorder, including but not limited to: Strokes, Parkinson's, Alzheimers/Dementia, and TBI's.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Exercise planning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Rehabilitation care assistance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Occupational Therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
