NeuriteAI seeks a full-time Director of Data Integrity and RLHF to lead its data management and quality assurance initiatives. Based in our Woodbridge, NJ office, this on-site role involves overseeing data governance, ensuring high data quality, and developing robust data management practices. Key responsibilities include managing clinical data integrity, implementing analytical frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable reliable and ethical use of reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Proven experience in Data Governance and Data Quality to manage and improve data standards and compliance.
- Expertise in Data Management practices, including data storage, security, and lifecycle management.
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Background in Clinical Data Management, with an understanding of maintaining data integrity in healthcare and research settings.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline.
