Role Description The Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a contract role based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for developing and refining Neuraci Labs’ overall marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for core products and partnerships. Day-to-day work includes leading market and competitive analysis, guiding brand and communications initiatives, overseeing public relations activities, and collaborating with leadership on commercialization strategies. The Fractional CMO will align marketing efforts with sales objectives, support investor and partner communications, and establish performance metrics and reporting for all marketing programs. This role also involves mentoring team members and building processes that can scale with the company’s growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of developing and executing strategic marketing roadmaps.
• Strong Market Research skills, including customer discovery, competitive analysis, and data-driven insight generation.
• Experience in Public Relations, including media outreach, thought leadership campaigns, and reputation management.
• Background in Sales or close collaboration with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth targets.
• Proven leadership in early-stage or high-growth technology, biotech, or AI-driven companies is highly beneficial.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for multiple audiences.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
