- Own and manage strategic relationships with our most important enterprise customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the C-level and VP level
- Independently drive renewal, upsell, and account expansion initiatives
- Develop and grow customer relationships through a structured, long-term account strategy
- Identify opportunities to increase customer value, adoption, and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure customer success
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored growth and success strategies
- Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth targets
- Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a leading global robotics company
- 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, robotics, automation, or related industries
- Proven experience managing and growing strategic customer accounts
- Experience driving renewals, upselling, and account expansion initiatives
- Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer health scores, and adoption tracking
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities
- Experience working with customer health frameworks and structured account management methodologies
- Data-driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities
