Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly articulate, tech-fluent AI & Technology Instructor capable of teaching across generation lines. You will manage our highly interactive youth summer camp programs during the week and/or teach our high-end, hands-on weekend AI classes for professionals.
The ideal candidate is a tech educator, Data science or computer science graduate student, or modern corporate innovator who can effortlessly balance patience with technical depth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekdays: Youth Summer Camp Blocks (Ages 3–12) Lead our boutique 9-week camp cycles, guiding small groups of campers through a balanced curriculum.
2. Weekends or Weekdays: Professional AI Upskill Labs (Adults) Lead specialized corporate style classes designed for local realtors, small business owners, and corporate executives. You will instruct adults in small-group settings on:
- Advanced prompt engineering methodologies and structural prompt frameworks.
- Building functional, proprietary custom AI assistants and agents (such as Custom GPTs or Claude Projects) to automate repetitive administrative workflows, marketing tasks, and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced AI Proficiency: Deep familiarity with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, Midjourney, and audio/video generation models) and an understanding of underlying computational/prompting logic.
- Multi-Generational Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- Educational Background: A background or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Data Science, STEM Education, Creative Media Technologies, or a related field is preferred.
- Compliance: Must pass a standard background check and child-safety screening required for the State of Virginia.
- Work Location: In person
