Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant Director in the Office of Degree Completion & Graduate Admissions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This position manages systems and recruitment for the office through the following functions:
- Outreach via mixed media communication with potential students, community & corporate partners, and key stakeholders for recruitment & enrollment etc.
- Support the functionality of the recruitment database (Slate) and the collaboration with program Directors
- Travel for recruitment & host presentation/webinars
- Manage office Graduate Assistant, Student Ambassador, and Peer Leader program
- Manage day-to-day needs of the office
- Serve as the Social Media Lead for the team
- Assist in planning and implementation of Information Sessions, Open Houses, webinars, New Student Orientations, and other events
- Assist in the creation of marketing material
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Experience in the recruitment process in higher education desired
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
- Excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills
- High energy, detail-oriented professional.
- Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.
