Neuman Pools Inc., a leading builder of custom residential, commercial, and municipal pools and water parks, is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant position. We are committed to exceptional customer service and high standards of quality and professionalism, and we are looking for a dynamic, experienced professional to join our team. This position is based in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
Job responsibilities include:
· Answering phones
· Maintaining multiple calendars
· Scheduling travel
· Planning meetings
· Note-taking for weekly meetings
· Generating correspondence letters, transmittals, contracts, proposals and other documents
· Generating operation and maintenance manuals
· Generating color selection guides and assisting customers with color selections
· Maintaining various document templates
· Tracking and updating multiple spreadsheets and databases.
The position may be assigned to additional responsibilities based on experience and expertise.
A minimum of 5 years’ receptionist/administrative experience is required. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional computer skills and relevant software application proficiency. Excellent organizational, phone and grammar/spelling skills are a must. The ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines and possess excellent follow through skills.
Previous experience working in professional services industry, with general understanding in the construction industry is preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
