Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation and employee training
- Maintain employee files and HRIS records
- Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration and leave management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs
- Prepare reports and HR metrics for leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- HRIS experience preferred (iSolved a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
