What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Informatics Specialist- Laboratory Intern position at Neugenix?
* Need bachelors and/or master's degree in Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Pharmacy
* This is a paid internship with 2 months of training during the internship
* This would be converted to full time after 6 months based on performance and employer is willing to do visa sponsorship after that.
Laboratory & Analytical Responsibilities
Assist with LC-MS/MS method development, verification, and validation
* Perform and support LC-MS toxicology testing
* Work with mass spectrometry platforms including troubleshooting and optimization
* Support daily operation of clinical chemistry analyzers
* Review analytical data for accuracy, precision, and compliance
* Perform and monitor QC and calibration procedures
Laboratory Systems & Data
* Support and maintain Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS)
* Ensure accurate specimen accessioning, result entry, and reporting
* Validate analytical results and reconcile instrument data with LIS
* Assist with test setup, result mapping, and reference ranges
* Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
Compliance & Quality
* Support CLIA, CAP, and regulatory compliance
* Maintain SOPs related to testing, validation, and data handling
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
