Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and a keen eagerness to learn and develop their project management expertise.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on project setup, including foundation and job folder establishment.
• Manage insurance certificates and performance & payment bond requests.
• Notify the HR department of certified payroll requirements.
• Coordinate utility mark outs and demolition notices.
• Perform administrative functions and document meeting minutes.
• Draft purchase orders, subcontracts, and AIA documents.
• Assist with project closeout, including final payments and release of liens.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills; including MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in project management or related field is a plus but not required.
