Nurse Practitioner – Hormone & Weight Loss | Part-Time, 3 Days/Week | Festus, MO

Part-time NP, W-2, 60–70/hr. Three days a week, four days off, no nights, weekends, or on-call. Help us open our new Festus clinic.

NEUAGE Health Wellness is opening our 7th location (4th franchise) in Festus, MO. We need a Nurse Practitioner to be one of the first providers on the team and build a patient panel from day one.

Is this schedule right for you?

This role is for NPs who want a predictable part-time schedule. It could fit if you:

• Work 1–2 days a week elsewhere (hospital, urgent care, primary care, telehealth) and want a steady third or fourth day
• Work 12-hour shifts and want a regular daytime role on your off days
• Want a long weekend every week, with Tuesday and Thursday off along with Saturday and Sunday
• Are returning to practice, easing into semi-retirement, or want more time at home without giving up clinical work

Why it works

• Fixed days. It's always Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. You can plan your life and your other job around it.
• Daytime hours only. The day starts at 8:45 and ends by 5:00. There are no evenings, weekends, holidays, or call.
• Strong hourly pay. You earn 60–70 per hour, W-2, so taxes are withheld and you aren't treated as a contractor. Your rate depends on your experience.

• Be part of a new clinic. This is your chance to help set up a new location and build your own patient base. Our other 6 clinics are already established.
• Real autonomy, real support. You own your treatment plans. Our Medical Director backs you through a collaborative agreement. You also work with RNs and a Clinic Manager.
• Room to grow. We're expanding, and that means room to take on more.
• Training. Training on hormone, peptide, and GLP-1 protocols, so you don't need prior experience.

What you'll do

• See new patients and review their medical histories
• Order and interpret hormone and metabolic labs
• Design and manage individualized hormone optimization and weight-loss plans
• Prescribe and manage therapies (HRT, medical weight loss, peptides, vitamin/IV) within your scope
• Educate patients on their options and long-term wellness
• Keep accurate, compliant records

What you bring

• Active, unrestricted Missouri NP license
• DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) - not required, but nice to have
• Comfort practicing under a collaborative agreement (provided)
• Clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, or a similar setting
• A patient-first approach and a team mindset

Nice to have: hormone therapy, weight management, or med-spa experience; peptide or GLP-1 familiarity; EMR experience.

Location: Our Festus clinic is about 35 minutes south of St. Louis off I-55, so it's a short commute from Crystal City, Herculaneum, De Soto, Hillsboro, and Arnold.
