Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing Consultant, based in Indianapolis, IN. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, assisting with lease administration, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves effectively communicating with residents, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with lease agreements, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies
- Skills in resident retention and resolving tenant concerns
- Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and team members
- Background in customer service and building positive relationships
