Since 2000, Neu-Life has served over 1,400 youth in Milwaukee through educational and recreational programs offered during the school day, after school, and in the summer. The organization's programs focus on areas such as Arts Education, Academic Enrichment, Life Skills, Health & Wellness, Service Learning, Community Action Projects, and Workforce Development. This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Milwaukee, WI. The Personal Assistant will support organizational leadership by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling day-to-day clerical duties. The role involves diary management, communication support, and executive administrative assistance to ensure the seamless operation of activities and priorities. The candidate will be tasked with maintaining professional correspondence and efficiently handling various tasks to support the mission of Neu-Life Community Development.
- Experience with Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Skills in Diary Management and Clerical Tasks
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal capabilities
- Proficiency in organizational tools and time management
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Commitment to supporting youth-focused initiatives and community development
- Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
